Table tennis is a low-injury risk sport that keeps one fit and flexible, without putting severe stress on joints. Playing table tennis increases one's agility and flexibility, and most of all their reaction time.
• Kids Gym: A new edition to the already high-tech gadget list. A new kids gym at JINDATTA INSTITTUE OF EDUCATION is a site to relish supervised instruction in the gym will help with young ones to stay fit healthy and active.
• Shooting Range: This state of art shooting range fulfilling all international requirements is a cynosure to an expert’s eye. JINDATTA INSTITTUE OF EDUCATION salutes the Indian shooters who have done the country proud at international level and is doing it bit to ensure that a study flow to experts well-trained shooters continue to tricked down. The ambiance and expert guidance with sure help our students in making a mark for themselves not only at the national but also at the international stage.
• Chess: “Chess helps you focus. When you are a kid, you have energy bubbling around, but when you are playing chess, you have to channel that energy into focus”
Chess allows students to develop self-esteem and indeed provides an extra avenue to shine for some students. Unfortunately, not all students are gifted athletes and gifted academically. Chess allows anyone the chance to excel if they put their mind to it. Even students who perhaps play in a tournament and win only one game – that one game can mean the world to them and keep them excited for a long time to come

• Cricket Academy: The school aims at the holistic development of the child and understands the need of 21st century and wants to prepare its student in diverse career options keeping that in mind JINDATTA INSTITTUE OF EDUCATION has come up with a cricket academy to teach the new nuances of cricket to young inspiring cricketers under the able guidance of Ranjit and Railway players.
• Basketball Ground: Basketball develops physical fitness, as many sports do. However, the intense, fast-paced action of a typical basketball game simultaneously develops speed, hand-eye coordination and cardiovascular endurance in a way that sports such as baseball and softball might not. Moving quickly back and forth across the court develops lower-body fitness, while shooting, defending and passing develop upper-body fitness.
• Tennis Ground: Tennis is one of the most fun and challenging sports, and while it is fantastic to play at any age, the best time to start is when we’re children .An important part of learning tennis is learning to trust yourself and your instincts. Being able to trust your judgment is an incredibly important value for any child to learn, especially at a young age.

• Horse Riding: Horse riding develops balance and improve coordination and motor function. Other advantages include strengthening of muscles, reflex acceleration, prevention of muscle cramps, increased joint mobility, boosting the cardiovascular system , improving blood circulation, stimulation of sensory integration, improved visual perception of space, the development of responsibility, patience and self-discipline, increasing self-confidence.
• Skating: It increases your heart rate and gets your lungs working, both components in aerobic exercise. You can increase these aerobic benefits by skating on an incline, skating more vigorously, or practicing interval skating. Aerobic exercise improves the cardiovascular system, reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure.
• Swimming: In fact, swimming offers something no other aerobic exercise does: the ability to work the body without harsh effect to the skeletal system. When your body is submerged in water, it automatically turns to be lighter. Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.
